At La Famor, we want you to love every item you order but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returning or exchanging your purchase simple and stress-free.
Returns

You may return any unused and undamaged item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

All returned products must be in their original packaging, with tags attached and in resellable condition.

To start a return, simply fill in our return form or contact our customer service team at contact us here with your order number and reason for return.

Please include a Track & Trace code with your return. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery for a different size, color, or product, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process the exchange immediately. If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose either a refund or another product of equal value.
Damaged or Defective Items

We’ll ensure a replacement or full refund is arranged at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that personalized or customized products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
International Returns
For international returns, please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
