Return Policy - La Famor

Dear customer,

Please take a moment to carefully read our return policy. By placing your order, you agree to these terms, and no exceptions can be made.

Returns:

  1. Return Request: Returns can only be accepted if a return request has been submitted and approved in advance. Without approval, your right to a refund will be forfeited.

  2. Timeframe: You may return your product within 30 days of receiving it. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

  3. Condition of the Product: The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

  4. Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned. This includes underwear, lingerie, pantyhose, and certain healthcare products.

  5. Return Process: To initiate a return, please send an email to: info@lafamor.com with the following details:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for the return

    • A photo of the product (if damaged)

    • Your contact information

    Please note, returns must be sent to our return warehouse in China. Returns sent to other addresses will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund.

  6. Return at Your Own Risk: Returning products is done at your own risk. La Famor is not responsible for lost or detained packages at customs during the return process.

  7. Track & Trace: Your return must have a Track & Trace code. This allows us to confirm when your return has arrived at our return warehouse, after which we will immediately process your refund. Without a Track & Trace code, we cannot track your shipment, and your right to a refund will be voided.

Refund:

  1. Procedure: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 30 days.

  2. Late or Missing Refund: If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please first check your bank account. If you still have not received it, please contact us at info@lafamor.com.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a Track & Trace code when returning your item, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. The product must be returned to our warehouse in China.

Exceptions:

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we will always send you a replacement free of charge.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed due to our automated system.
