Terms of Service
Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Grace period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in the exercise of their profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

Day: Calendar day.

Duration transaction: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services delivered over time.

Durable medium: Any means that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information personally addressed to them, enabling future consultation without altering the stored information.

Right of withdrawal: The ability for the consumer to cancel the distance contract during the cooling-off period.

Entrepreneur: A natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance.

Distance contract: An agreement made using a system organized by the entrepreneur for distance selling.

Communication technique: Means used for concluding an agreement without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present at the same time and place.

Article 3 - Applicability
These general conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and consumer.
Before concluding the distance contract, the text of these general conditions will be made available to the consumer. If that’s not possible, the consumer will be informed of the conditions’ availability and can request them for free.
Article 4 - The Offer
Any offer with a limited validity period will clearly state that, and all offers are without obligation.
The offer will include a description of the products, sufficient details to assess the offer, and all relevant information. The entrepreneur is not bound by obvious errors or mistakes in the offer.
The offer will also include details such as price, shipping costs, the method of payment, delivery, and performance.
Article 5 - The Agreement
The agreement becomes effective when the consumer accepts the offer and meets any conditions attached to the offer.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur will confirm the acceptance of the offer electronically. The consumer can cancel the agreement until the acceptance is confirmed by the entrepreneur.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
The consumer can withdraw from the agreement within 30 days from the day the product is received. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, if reasonably possible.
The consumer must notify the entrepreneur of their intention to return the product by email within the 30-day period. After the notification, the consumer must return the product within 30 days.
Article 7 - Costs in Case of Withdrawal
The costs of returning the product are the consumer's responsibility.
Once the product is returned, the entrepreneur will refund the purchase amount within 30 days.
Article 8 - Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products that are personalized or tailored to the consumer's specifications.
Article 9 - The Price
The prices mentioned in the offer are valid during the period indicated and will not be increased unless due to statutory regulations or provisions.
Article 10 - Conformity and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that products comply with the agreement and the specifications listed in the offer.
Any defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported to the entrepreneur within 30 days. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.
Article 11 - Delivery and Implementation
The entrepreneur will ensure prompt delivery of the products to the consumer’s provided address. Delivery will occur within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
If delivery is delayed or impossible, the consumer will be informed within 30 days, and the consumer has the right to cancel the agreement without penalty.
Article 12 - Duration Transactions: Duration, Termination, and Extension
The consumer may terminate agreements for regular delivery of products at any time by providing one month’s notice. Fixed-term contracts can be terminated at the end of the term, with no more than one month’s notice.
Article 13 - Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 7 working days after the cooling-off period begins.
The consumer must report any inaccuracies in the payment data provided to the entrepreneur.
Article 14 - Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of noticing a defect. The entrepreneur will respond to the complaint within 14 days and resolve it if the complaint is deemed justified.
Article 15 - Disputes
All agreements under these terms are governed by Dutch law.
